Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellation
- Android Play Store subscriptions can be cancelled from Google Play subscription controls.
- Web subscriptions can be cancelled from the app billing section where enabled.
- Your paid Pro access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Free plan access remains available after cancellation, subject to Free plan limits.
Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment charged for the same billing period: eligible for refund.
- Payment debited but Pro access not activated due to Google Play, gateway, or server failure: eligible for refund review or manual activation after verification.
- Accidental purchase reported within 7 days and with minimal/no Pro feature usage: may be eligible after review.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for completed billing periods where Pro features were used normally.
Refund Timeline
Android refunds are handled through Google Play policies and timelines. Web refunds approved by support are initiated within 7 business days and credited as per the payment provider/bank timeline, usually within 5 to 10 business days after initiation.
How to Request a Refund
Use the in-app billing support flow with your registered mobile number, payment date, amount, gateway transaction reference, and reason for refund.
