1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, using the app, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Refund/Cancellation Policy.

2. Service Description

Sovereign Ledger provides business ledger software for MSMEs to record parties, credit/debit transactions, outstanding balances, reports, reminders, and subscription-based premium features.

3. Accounts and Responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of business, party, and transaction data entered into the app.
• You must keep your mobile number, password, and staff access secure.
• You may not use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading financial activity.
• Owner/admin users are responsible for staff permissions and business ledger access.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free plan: basic ledger usage up to the limits shown in the app.
• Pro plan: Rs. 59/month or Rs. 708/year for advanced reports, PDF exports, AI insights, and other Pro features.
• Android Play Store subscription purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Web purchases may be processed through supported web payment providers.
• We do not store card details, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords, or banking credentials.
• Pro access is activated after successful server-side payment verification.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Each business ledger is tenant-isolated. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or third-party data without lawful basis.

6. Availability and Limitation

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, cloud providers, payment gateways, or third-party services. The app is a business-record tool and not a substitute for legal, tax, audit, or accounting advice.
